Return & Refund Policy

At DomiPet, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Certain products such as hygiene-related items, personalized products, or gift cards cannot be returned.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at domipetco@gmail.com before sending anything back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company.
